Important Changes – Our New Employee Equity Program
Starting February 2024, Sushi Spot is replacing gratuities with an 18% employee equity charge on dine-in and 10% on take-out orders, ensuring a fair income distribution to staff. These charges will fully go towards the employees, reflecting the appreciation for customer support and enhancing staff living wages.
